Working in call centers for T-Mobile & GMAC Financial Services from 2002 to 2011 I used calming voice to irate upset customers, giving caring sensitivity with people who just lost a love one and needed to take care of business, joked with car dealers while waiting for information to be produced by software; holding and transferring customers to correct departments, guiding customers on the usage of cellphone and internet software processes.
I have attended 9 colleges all over the United States and Okinawa Japan as a military wife overseas during which I was actively involved with Church musicals, setting up crafts and bulletin boards,and teaching in many different locations. Produced technical manuals and blueprints at Raytheon Cam Engineering department late 1990's.
