Most recently, I have been recording audiobooks for the blind at the local library. I'm working on my fourth novel, and in this one I create voices for a curious little girl, her insensitive father and her distracted mother, a fun non-conformist uncle, a witty fairy and a complicit narrator.
I have taught French,Spanish and Italian at middle school, high school and university for many years. I lived in Rome, Italy several years where I taught Italians how to speak English with a British accent, due to the phonetic method of teaching used at that particular school.
As a child I spent many a summer on my uncle's ranch in Wyoming riding and listening to stories.
Last year I taught line dancing in Nanjing, China.
BA in Italian and French, and MA in Italian from the Univ. of Washington
Teaching Certification.
Classes at Freehold Theater in Seattle:

Voice Over
I studied piano and voice until I was 18 years old.
I practice yoga and dance.
I have access to a professional studio here in Seattle. It has a high quality sound system.
I have been a language teacher, dance teacher, salesperson, waitress, and I have sung in choirs and danced in recitals.
I enjoy recording audiobooks and I hope to work on documentaries. The creative process of matching my voice to an idea and/or image intrigues me.
