I am new to the field of voice overs, but a willing and eager learner. My experience tends to fall in the category of acting and theater, which is where I learned my emotional voice control. I am also a singer, which has lent towards the control of my diction, pace, and tone. Due to my acting experience I am able to use a broad range of emotions in my voice when acting out a character.
I have been involved in singing and acting for many years. I have competed in northeast US singing festivals such as Great East, and achieved high rankings with my choir. My director was meticulous when it came to our vocal control. I have performed in many local theater productions and am proficient in Shakespeare and productions geared towards children. Examples are Much Ado about Nothing, scenes from Hamlet, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Annie Get your Gun, tales from Edgar Allen Poe, and the Sound of Music.
I am willing to perform any voice over talent. I am hoping to become established in the field. My voice is geared to both Shakespeare and to greetings/messages, as it is both warm and clear. I am also talented in reading to children and becoming characters in children's books. Please consider me - although I am a newcomer to the field, I am hardworking, diligent, able to progress and worthy of your time.
