BIOGRAPHY
Joe O’Leary is a New England non-union Voice over talent, with over 15 years of experience, recording in studios from New York to Boston. He began his career under the guidance of The Creative Voice Development Group in New York. His vast array of character voices and narrations have been utilized in radio spots for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cape Ann Savings Bank as well as AFSCME’s “Dexter the Delagator” character for their regional and national conventions held annually. Internationally, he has provided DJ’s with narrations used in their night club music mix shows. Joe works his home studio in New Hampshire.
