"Desperate Housewives" narrator Mary Alice has a double! It's me!
I did Mary Alice for an in house, corporate video presentation for WPLG-TV, the ABC affiliate in Miami, Florida.
I have been an on air TV reporter and anchor for 27 years, using my voice every day to communicate with audiences. I hosted my own, live, studio audience, talk show for a year, and voiced documentaries for KTUL-TV in Tulsa, Oklahoma for 2 years.
I was a theater major at Vanderbilt University with a minor in voice. Through singing, I learned how to use and control my breathing, while drama taught me the art of "projecting to the back row." I get people's attention because of what I know about projecting my voice.
My voice talents have been refined and perfected as a result of working nearly 30 years as an on air TV news broadcaster... in markets ranging from Miami, Boston, Minneapolis and Tulsa.
I can do "on camera" work if needed. I can also sing jingles. I'm a B flat alto.
