I began announcing hometown basketball games in 1999 and have since earned a degree in broadcasting, with professional stops throughout the midwest, mainly in Texas. My morning radio (and PD) gig provides ample opportunity to further skills in copywriting and production, along with the sharpness you've just got to have for wake-up bits...
My improv comedy background allows for an interesting palatte from which to create powerful, edgy and poignant character voices.
I've recieved awards and recognition for production and voicework for radio stations that include KKOM, Commerce, TX; KETR-FM, Commerce, TX; KWOX-FM, Woodward, OK; KMZE-FM, Woodward, OK, and KJKB-FM, Jacksboro, TX. My voice has entertained audiences in three states and countless listeners via the Internet.

In my years in radio, the most help from experience I've had comes from my years in the improv troupe. It takes a special skill to envelop yourself in a character and turn around moments later with the ability to call forward real emotion (though typically laughter!)
