I've done one promo video that has since been turned into a national commercial for Yellow Jacket Case, a stun gun iphone case. i have also done their voicemail system.

I am a startup business consultant... so this was way out of my "normal". I have been giving business presentations to small and large audiences for over 15 years, so i'm accustomed to public speaking.
Before this opportunity, my "voice work" consisted of reading aloud to my two year old every night. This was my first experience with this type of work and i found it really interesting and fun.
I'm not professionally trained. I have an MBA from Tulane.
I had a great director at Loupe Theory Studios for the Yellow Jacket Case work who gave me some on the spot coaching.
I have easy access to a full studio.
This isn't a skill, but i'm from Louisiana and moved to New York to work for a global consulting firm when i finished undergrad. As a 21 year old female from the south, i quickly learned that i needed to amend my speech patterns to be taken seriously by c-level execs at fortune 100 companies. "Y'all" really wasn't cutting it in meetings.
I moved back to Louisiana a few years later and have gradually picked my southern accent back up. But it's fairly easy for me to turn it on and off and my "normal" is kind of an interesting mix of both.
