I have prior voice-over experience in a variety of different mediums, including short films, animation, audio-dramas, and audio-books. So far, most of my jobs have been remote, meaning I've auditioned, recorded, and sent sound files to my director from my computer. This includes my stint as Virgil in the audio-drama "Night Warrior" (2015), my role as a radio news host in the short film "In Transit"(2014), or the several Bionicle fan-projects I have had the pleasure of lending my talents to.
However, I also have experience being directed in a studio, such as when I was cast as Bug in the short film "The Great Maggie Dupree", directed by Emily Segroves (2016).
My formal acting training came from the University of Texas, where I graduated with a B.A. in Theatre and Dance, and a B.S. in Radio, Television, and Film. There, I have trained under such professionals such as Lucien Douglas, Franchelle Dorn, Brant Pope, Quetta Carpenter, and Jim Daniels. In addition, I got general voice-over training from Robert Ramirez, covering a wide range of variations, including commercial, audio-book, cartoons, video games, and more.
Outside of the University or Texas, I received commercial voice-over training from Tina Morasco, a working voice-actor and professional local to Los Angeles.
