I began working in radio in 2001 at KZIA in Cedar Rapids, Iowa doing weekend and overnight air shifts. From there, I moved to Milwaukee, WI to work for WTMJ-AM as a Producer and WKTI-FM as a Promotions Assistant. WKTI is where I began my commercial voiceover work. In 2004, I moved to Knoxville, TN and currently do middays on WWST and am Promotions Director for WKHT and WCYQ. I do commercial voiceover work for the four stations in the Journal Broadcast Group-Knoxville Operations in addition to TV commercials for Comcast Spotlight.
I graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa in 2002 with a degree in Electronic Media and Public Relations. My internships include one semester with KZIA-FM in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and one May Term semester with Wartburg Radio in Eisenach, Germany.
