I have recorded a wealth of voice-overs in my career. I hosted a television show for several years. I have also worked as On-Air Announcer on a popular radio station.
Other voice-overs I have done include business presentations, TV and radio commercial adverts, narrations, voice-mail prompts, on-hold messages, phone greetings, Internet voice-overs, Podcasts, telephone answering system recordings, recordings for websites and blogs, DVDs, over-dubbing, corporate industrials, Podcasts, and movies.
I am capable of performing voice-overs for cartoons, video games, multimedia CD-ROMS, audio books, video games, and so much more.
I am also a Stand-up Comedian and have used a variety of character voices on stage.
I have a Master of Arts Degree in Communications and another Master of Arts in Business (Human Resources Training and Development), which has taught me the necessary skills to perform well, especially with regard to voice-overs for industrials and other business productions. My undergraduate minor was Journalism/ Language Arts (Bachelor of Science).
More recently, I have taken courses in Improvisation Acting and am a Stand-up Comedian. I have also taken numerous storytelling workshops, which focus on characterization, inflection, and voice.
Additionally, I have conducted a large amount of study and learning via text and the Internet.
I have a complete Home Digital Audio Workstation where I conduct all of my professional voice-over, editing, and post-production work.
My equipment is state-of-the-art. I use a Samson C01U- USB Studio Condenser Microphone. Roxio Sound Editor for production and editing.
I am also a writer and have written and rewritten many voice-overs scripts that I have recorded. I have produced and edited a wealth of voice-overs. I play bass clarinet & b-flat clarinet in the Symphony Orchestra. I’m also a motivational speaker, author, and columnist, as well as a comedian.
