I have worked in the voice-over industry for over 20 years. I started out working in radio, hosting morning shows and writing/performing comedy sketches. From there my career began and I was soon the voice of KFC, McDonalds and various other corporate campaigns. I always had an ear for characters and soon became three characters on the "Care Bear" series.
I currently play "Donita Donata" on the popular "Wild Kratts" series on PBS. I also have looped an entire film with the voice of a 12 year old boy. I continue to work on both coasts and, though I am an Emmy nominated writer/producer my greatest love is working as a voice-over artist. I have been fortunate to Executive Produce shows as "The Wild Thornberrys" and "Pinky and the Brain" -- and had the pleasure of playing a few characters in each.
I currently teach voice-over in Canada and the U.S.
I began my career in VO as a morning radio announcer in Canada. I always had an ear for dialects and characters so I was fortunate to get an agent very early. I have voiced every type of spot, eg. radio, multi-voice, documentaries, VO for TV, etc.
I currently work as a writer/producer on TV shows. Primarily animation. I have also cast and directed VO talent on my shows.
I have access to a professional studio as well as Audacity on my computer. I also own a Blu microphone which enables studio quality sound from home.
Writing, jewelry design and series development.
