I worked at a call center 3 years ago, as a sales and customer service agent, answering phones in Spanish and English where my co-workers and customer use to think I sounded like a spanish James Earl Jones. Sometimes I use to speak slower and with longer pauses and my customers use to push buttons thinking I was a prerecorded message.
All my training has been while at work, immitating voices from actors, cartoon characters, singers. I've, also, MCd and sanged at various clubs in the tri-state area with my band.
My spanish has a neutral accent so it is very good for spanish voice over work, easy to understand and not regional, but, I can also make voices for cartoons. My English has a bit of an east coast influenced accent, cartoon voices.
