My experience is the professional world is green. For I have always played around with the extremes of my voice and vocal chords. Throughout my schooling, numerous instructors have suggested to me, including Raymond Collins (voice of commentator for NBA live 95), that I put my voice to work.
I have no payed schooling for voice charcterization. I have had voice lessons while in school.
When I was little I had a speech impedement, I believe it was caused from biting my tongue in half, almost detaching it from my mouth. I had speech therapy for numerous years all throughout my grad school years. In that time I excerised my tongue and mouth to work more coherently and on the way learned some tricks into making a very receviable and authentic voice.
I have had schooling in the feild of film production. I am familar with the process of ADR and have had minor experince with commercial and voice characterization.
