I will begin by telling you that I've been out of the business for many years. In the early '80s while attending Northwest Mississippi Community College as a Radio Broadcasting major, I worked as an Announcer for the College's public broadcasting radio station, WNJC-FM in Senatobia, MS. I later parlayed that into a Announcer's position at the local commercial radio station, WSAO-AM. I was 20 years old at the time and didn't have the patience with myself to complete my degree or my career. I now have the patience as well as the mature, rich, deep voice I needed then.
