Delianne started her Voice Over career in her native Canada doing young girls and dogs (believe it or not!) for CBC Radio. She moved on to playing people with many radio dramas, again for CBC. At one point she was asked to train to read the national CBC radio news.
In 1992 she moved to the UK. She does perfect RP (received pronounciation - or standard "English" as well as North American accents. Her British CV includes opera at Glyndebourne; West End theatre, and commercials for TV and film. Recently she did the voice-overs for Neo Ovo for use in a projected online encylopedia.
Delianne has a B.F.A (Dramatic Art, Honours) from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada. She also studied at the Royal Conservatory of Music and the Aspen Conservatory in Colorado, USA.
In the UK she has studied at the renowned Actors' Centre and continues voice training with West End coaches Mark Meylan and Charles Miller.
Delianne has a Mac Book Pro with Garage Band. She has used this programme to make VO auditions and narrations for talking books.
When not acting, Delianne is a professional Tour Guide and spends thousands of hours per year "on the mike". This enables her speech to be fluent, interesting, and she's great at improvisation.
