Once upon a time...scrap that. My name is Courtney Doyle I have been voicing professionally since I was 19 years old. I started in the industry in 2007 as a Commercial Producer for my local radio stations HotFM and 4TO Townsville. In this role I was responsible for not only the production of radio commercials but also the voicing. I would voice ads for both the local radio stations, as well as stations located regionally throughout the whole country under the umbrella of Southern Cross Austereo. From here I began work with other agencies outside of radio including Media Sounds, VoiceOvers Now, Voice Farm and Evolution. I have voiced for TV, Cinema, Radio, Corporate videos, Internet, Phone Messaging, you name it I have probably done it. I have voiced for clients including McDonalds, Southern Cross Ten, the AFL, the Queensland and Australian Government, Jamster, Boost Juice, Jucy Rentals, and one of my most recent and proudest achievements was for an iPhone game in which I am the voice of a pre-pubescent pig boy with a speech impediment (versatility or what?!) I have just returned from an 8 month stay in Toronto, Canada where I was persuing voice acting further and have gained endless experience and insight from my time there. My training in voice acting has been on-the-job experience: 2007-2009 Commercial Producer - Southern Cross Austereo 2009-2010 Western Breakfast Radio Announcer, HotFM. 2011- Newton and Landry Agency (Toronto, Canada) I have my own small home studio set up featuring: -HP Pavilion Enteratinment PC (built with film, voice and music processing capacity) -M-Audio Pro-Tools processing box -ARTcessories Phantom Power box -SE2200a Microphone -Sound dampener screen -Audacity editing program -I have a background in commercial production and am capable of editing voices and creating commercials, imaging and presentations in Pro-Tools (not from my home studio) -I have worked in many fields in the radio industry including promotions, carting, production and programming with on-air announcing experience
