Several years ago, in a different decade than the previous two, I was interviewed for a local radio station. The discussion centered around current trends in dementia care. After the interview, I was bombarded by requests from various agencies to provide voice overs for commercials and promos. However, at the time I was swamped with my teaching responsibilities as a nursing faculty, completing my second masters degree, and participating in raising two high school aged offspring. Subsequently, my voice over resume consists of multiple voice overs I provided for our department's nursing skills demo videos, online course materials, and day-to-day classroom lectures, and one online informational video depicting the characteristics of the largest crayfish ever discovered (by my husband) which, by the way, received hundreds-of-thousands of hits. I have a fantastic, rich, and varied voice that has been described as perfect for voice over material. Let me bring my voice to your ears.
