Once upon a time, there was a young univerisity student who dreamt of a career as a Sports Reporter. After a few fantastic years of covering and announcing news and sports, and writing and voicing commercials for a couple radio stations (92.9 CIBW Drayton Valley, AB and 880 CKLQ/94.7 Star FM Brandon, MB), this young man decided "paying his dues" was not paying his bills. It was then that he decided a career as an electrician was much more lucrative, but much less fun.
As the years wore on, the young man found himself married with a couple of kids and a career...but something was missing. He found himself reading newspaper articles, stories, ingredient lists off the back of packaging...you name it, he read it to the only audience that would put up with him for 30 seconds at a time...his children.
Now, 10 years later, the fire still burns within the soul of this would-be voiceover star ready to pursue the dream that once took a back seat to...life.

This is the starter equipment to get me going (the quality is actually very good). Please hire me so this list becomes bigger with much fancier equipment.
I am a natural performer with a fairly quick wit and a personality that allows adapatability to almost any situation. Although my current audience isn't school age yet...they think I'm hilarious...most of the time.
I have a keen interest in sports as both a fan and participant.
I am a Journeyman Electrician currently working as an Automation Technician in the Alberta Oilpatch. Besides the comfortable lifestyle working long hours and away from home has afforded my family and I, I have also been able to hone important skills such as time-management, responsibility, trouble-shooting and customer-relations. None of which are directly related to the voiceover world....however, if you don't want to hire me to be your voice talent...I could always come out and wire your garage or troubleshoot that faulty plug-in. Now that is versatility.
