Prior experience working in voice mail help desk position. Work with seniors assisting in explaining medicare, social security and other benefits. Provide assistance usually in conference calls to several agencies and have worked with Doctors, Lawyers, Members of Congress, Department of State, Diplomats, Ambassadors, Presidents and CEO's and other professionals. No formal training. Classes in speech and communication. Small Business Owner and President of my company that was created to assist elderly adults in taking of business matters when they had no one else to assist them. The company later became an Administrative Support and Document Preparation organization.
