Every day I am the end of the day voice of my local supermarket. Gently,yet firmly urging shoppers to bring their final purchases to the check out area.
As the final hour comes to a close,my voice slightly articulates the pending closure of the store.
My intent with the announcements is to twofold,to let the customers know that the we are closing the doors,& to portray authority to them to let them know that a Confident,powerful gentleman is in charge as there are few employees in the store.
I want my customers to feel safe & also let them know that the store is secure.
My employment experiences are vast,with several positions in customer service.
Communicating clearly is important with all occupations.
When i managed at an Optical Labratory it was important to let my employees know what was expected of them to maintain quality control.
As a personal trainer I am constantly expressing directions to keep the clients body postition aligned properly,& sharing proper diet recomendations.
As a life coach I try to find ways to relate to the client,really find out what makes them tick,their wants,dreams,fears.
