I have no professional experience at all. But I have spent my entire life crafting my voice, because that is my main means to entertain others around me. Be it prank calls, leaving anybody messages, using business phones or just messing around . I have been in only a few plays. And I do alot of singing because I had been in a band called Sugar Pill for a while, but I still sing because I'm still trying to reform said band.
I have had no direct training towards vocal progression. But I do excessively use my voice in all that I do. I sing everyday...
I have at least aquired skills important to using the voice to communicate. I had been a Telemarketer for a while, which re-taught me how to put emotion in my voice by using a wide range of tones, speeds, and pitches. I know that it is important to use these to express emotion because when all you use to communicate is your voice, where you are not seen and the listener has no idea your feelings, you have to be able to give t he listener a feel of your disposition on the matter and to keep them listening and interested. If you can't do that as a telemarketer, you get hung up on!!
