Reading aloud and watching news anchors on television, listening to the voiceover on commecials and documentaries are great sources in my progress. Also a publication called The Theocratic Ministry School Guidebook provides excellent information on voice quality, clarity, pitch, pace, resonance and the like, an invaluable tool for perfecting speech and language skills.
