Though I am newer to the voice acting business, I have been in the "voice talent" world for over 26 years.
I worked at Psalms Recording Studio in Houston, Texas Background Vocalist, and Co-Producer on many local projects for a good number of those years.
I have worked in the Music Ministry field since the late 1990's.
I have also performed in many theater productions, portraying such characters as Mr. Paravicini in "The Mouse Trap," Colonel Thomas McKean in “1776,” Juror #2 in “12 Angry Men,” & Nicely Nicely Johnson in “Guys & Dolls.”
My father was a disc jockey at KVMV 96.9 FM in my hometown of McAllen, Texas for many years. My late mother was a church pianist/choir director, who also played acoustic, electric, and Hawaiian guitars, accordion, and gave my brother & I voice lessons. Both inspired me to spread my “vocal wings.”
In 2010, I was privileged to open for the classic rock band, Foreigner!
In 2019, I competed in the Talent Quest International Karaoke Finals in Laughlin, NV, where I was a Top 10 Male Finalist, & placed 8th overall in the Pop/Rock Division.
I have a Bachelor of Arts from Houston Baptist University.
I studied voice acting with Jim Conlan, the original voice of Jimmy John's.
