Bi-cultural - Bi-Lingual Flemish / American English
Bart is a Belgian-American voice actor who has a friendly, conversational and authentic voice and has worked for TUI, Porsche, Danone . 95% of his VO work is in Flemish (Belgium Dutch) but when speaking English, most Americans can't tell he has an accent. "I am not your typical Flemish radio announcer. I consider my voice "the guy next door"; however, I've done several infomercials where high energy and typical "announcer" was a must".
