I have been in this industry for a short time but working with WDA, I have done 2 voice overs that got picked up. The first was for Showtime, Lions Gate "White Boyz in the Hood" DVD release that was for the internet. The second was for the movie "BELLY 2" that aired on BET. I also did a read for a movie that never was made. It was a project by the producers of "When A Stranger Calls" and "You Got Served." They told me if the movie got made, they would be using the read I did for them.
I went to college for Telecommunications at Grambling State University for one year. I then attended American Radio Network(ARN) for several weeks learning how to be a disc jokey since I was already d.jing parties and clubs. I ran into one of the owners of Winston, Davis, and Associates who heard my voice and had me come in to do some reads. Mr. Solomon then felt that Don Morrows training would help me develop my skills even better. So after a few classes with Mr.Morrow, I did a read and it got picked up.
I am also involved in music. I write and perform as well as record my own raps. The studio is like my second home.
