My mother encouraged me to start acting near the end of my freshman year of high school. Begrudgingly, I took to the stage--and found myself in an entirely new world. I could be anyone, say anything! This became the first of many productions I would play a role in. I realized I had a talent for voice acting not long afterward when I would read the Harry Potter series to my younger sisters. To their (and my) amazement, I could replicate all the voices, just as though the audio from the film were emanating from my mouth. I started recording audiobooks as a pet project and have since developed a respectable following on YouTube (150,000 views, 1000 subscribers). My voice acting experience looped back into the theatre when I was asked to record a commercial for one of my plays.
