I have no professional experience in the VO industry. Though I do tend to practice frequently. I have played with voices throughout my entire life, mainly imitations, but some with my own flair. I've often done animal noises from time to time, and I'm proud of the high pitch I was able to keep from a kid (even if it isn't perfect). I've worked with voices through making videos on the side for years and still enjoy creating characters through those voices.
* I use an Audio-Technica AT4033 as my main microphone.
* I have a "home studio", so-to-speak, but not one I'm comfortable recording in; it lacks a lot of features to create clean recordings.
* I've participated in drama class, and learned different aspects of stage performance.
* I've participated in high school band, learning many aspects of music (except for songwriting).
* I'm skilled with computers; understanding almost every aspect of them (although there is still a lot to learn). I've animated my own 3D character with lip-syncing; understanding how important it is to make sure words match the character's lips.
* And with 5+ years in the service industry, "hospitality" and interacting with customers comes naturally.
