Through my experience doing audiobook narration, my list of accents has grown to include:
Texas, Georgian, New Orleans, New York, Irish, Standard British, Cockney, French, Italian and even a bit of Creole!
I have voiced:
Middle school mean girl, bratty younger brother, newscaster, Marilyn Monroe-type bombshell, angry bird from the Bronx, young Jewish matchmaker, Creole fortune teller, shy crocodile, curious monkey, the best friend who wants you to try a new product, a mom who thrives in chaos, a confident female investigator, a Cinderella character, Cinderella’s evil stepmother, an Italian UFC fighter, a French heiress, cockney fox, and more...
My background as a singer has proved an asset in voicing different accents. I have even done musical improv and written musical pieces for certain projects. My eclectic tastes and great ear for music allow me to sing in a number of styles. I have training in opera, musical theater, pop and jazz styles. I have even performed on Broadway! These skills have immensely shaped my voice work.
