Soothing, Wise, Matter of Fact, Deep, Versatile
Trevor Bryant Clark is a multi-talented voice artist. He has a very calming and soothing sound to his natural speaking voice. Strong diction and articulation. A voice that sounds very wise and trustworthy. He states things the way they should be. Matter of fact. He has a baritone register that allows him to go deep as well as travel into the higher registers of his range. Warm and soothing for narrations, expressive and charming for commercials, smooth and crisp for presentations and training. He is fun and charismatic and unpredictable for promos and animation. My Voice Experience
I have been a Voice Over Artist for 8 years. I did some work in New York for some fragrances before moving to Colorado. There I worked for a Marketing Company (Mass Transit Corporation) as their voice for promoting products. I used fun characters in some of their spots but mostly my regular speaking voice.
I also got numerous jobs with parents while living in CO and would send their kids voice-mails of their favorite cartoon character wishing them most often, "Happy Birthday."
I honed in on my voice character skills by personal training a blind kid named, Jeremy. I did hour long fitness workouts with him 2x a week and during the hour would make up stories with him where I created or duplicated close to 40 different characters.
I moved to California recently and did promo spots for 2 marketing companies for them to pitch their products. I have done character's for infomercials and cartoons in Orange County. I also work for a marketing company (OC Creative Media) doing training voice-overs for industrials.
I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a musical theater degree. There I studied Dialects and Acting Styles with Heather Hollingsworth. I am a baritone and trained vocally with Vance Fulkerson (Musical Theater), George Humphries (Classical), and Alex Ryer (Pop Performance) I recorded an album there my senior year. After graduating, I was accepted into a 2 yr Meisner Program at The New York School for Film and Television. I took Commercial classes, Acting for the Voice, and Advanced Acting Styles with Richard Southern and Julia Carey. I trained privately in voice-overs for a year with Melissa Grey.
I trained in California with David H. Lawrence with his Secrets of Voice Over Mastery Class.
I am also a singer/songwriter and have produced 3 albums. I have written on the piano about 30 songs that I have recorded and through that process learned to edit and produce my own music from home.
My Studio Equipment
I have my own studio from home. I use a Mac Book Pro with programs Garage Band, Audacity and LAME mp3 Encoder. I use an AT 20/20 USB mic for voice-over that I can travel with and record from anywhere in the world. I find it provides the cleanest sound possible. I use a pop filter as well. I also record with a ST59AP for most of my music and vocals.
I have always excelled at whatever I do. I was captain of my varsity soccer team, played varsity baseball, was state champion in track growing up. I was Homecoming King. I was voted most talented upon graduating high school. Anything I do, I pic up quickly and excel in. I have run 4 marathons and numerous Half Marathons and helped many people run their first marathons. I don't settle for average. I am very meticulous when it comes to my work. I only want to produce my best and that is what I send off to my clients. I have a great ear and a very strong attention to detail. This allows me to know that I am putting out the best material possible.
