Voice Description

Mostly deep, but can alter voice to whatever is needed. In standard talking my voice sounds like a a 30-something radio announcer. I have lived for short periods all over the USA (about 40 states) so mimicking other accents has come easy over the years. Also spent 3 years in Australia so Aussie and British accents too. I love doing funny voices, mostly has come from my love of entertaining kids.

My Voice Experience

Professionally I have been a DJ announcer for 15 years so I lend well to the radio style. I have also made radio spots, done voice-overs for promotions and some podcasts. Unprofessionally, a day doesn't go buy where I don't entertain myself and others with strange voices and sounds. I also like to sing and have done well enough to win 1st or 2nd in a few karaoke contests and perform live with a few bands, all for fun, none paid.

My Training

Graduate of the Art Institute of Seattle - Audio & Video Production. Years of being a "Jack of all trades...Master of some" in the A/V industry. I have done everything from recording bands to filming and editing video. Basic training in many instruments most notably guitar and drums.

My Studio Equipment

Adobe CS suite (including Premier & Audition)
RE20 microphone, 16 channel mixing console, some outboard DSP's, etc...

Additional Skills

I'm very flexible and easy going. I always say that life is too short to waste time arguing and getting upset over the little things. It is very rare that I would not get along with someone, even those others might consider "difficult" to work with. I am highly proficient with computers, including building, repair, and usage.
