My Voice Experience

I worked for 13 years as a radio newscaster, and music announcer, voiced radio commercials, did voice-over for film documentaries, worked 3 years as audio engineer and voice talent for on-hold messaging and radio commercials. In this job I wrote the copy, recorded other talent as well as my own, then mixed the product with music. Early in my career, I wrote and voiced comedy skits for radio.

My Training

I earned a diploma in Radio and Television Arts and became production manager of the student radio station, then immediately out of school got a job as producer-announcer reading news, announcing and playing music at a radio station. Later, while attending university, I worked as announcer at the student radio station.

Studio Projects C1 condensor microphone, Behringer Eurorack mixer, Sony Vaio VGC-RC110G computer with Windows MCE, Magix Music Studio, sound effects library.
