My Voice Experience

I've done everything from grade-school slide show narrations to movie trailers for PBS. Years ago when I first started, voice-over work was just a suppliment to my full time employment in radio. It is now my fulltime career. I've been from Washington, PA to Washington, DC on the radio, but the most productive I've ever been -- the most success I've ever helped generate for clients --has been in voice-overs and voice acting. (My very first "old man" impersonation won me my first "Addy" award, and the ad campaign ran for years!) What's the most fun? Seeing people's expressions when they finally see the face behind all my voices! I love what I do and you can hear it in my finished productions!

My Training

High school and college where I acted in plays and narrated band concerts and special productions...and the countless remote broadcasts and public appearances in all those years of radio.

My Studio Equipment

Neuman TLM 103 condenser mike; Eurorack MXB 1002 audio console; DBX286A processor; Oraflex sound panels; Adobe Audition 3.0 and Audacity editing software, assorted CD and MD record and playback decks by Sony and American Audio.

Additional Skills

I'm an audiophile, and a perfectionist. No job leaves my studio until it's perfect. But, if you don't think so, I'll gladly fix or re-do the production until YOU thnk it's perfect, no extra charge -- even if the error wasn't my fault.

On the other hand, perfection doesn't take me a lot of time. Most perfect productions leave my studio the same day they were ordered.
