Voice Description

I have a deeper voice that is warm and rich. My instructor always said I sounded like Gene Hackman. She would often have me do spots out of character, like a coke commercial as a stalker. We both liked the result.

I can be the loud gruff voice of a drill instructor or the near whisper of a partner during pillow talk, a soothing comforting friend, lover or Doctor or compassionate listener, a loving father or blunt, no nonsense boss, an encouraging teacher or foul mouthed abusive ass, a timid, broken soul, an exasperated husband or a goofy husband to his in control wife.

My Voice Experience

I am just starting out in the business but have accompanied an experienced friend to auditions and sessions so I am familiar with the process.

in-studio sessions every week.

I have taken classes at Kalmenson's in Burbank, Ca. and worked with voice coach Jeff Howell in Los Angeles.

My Studio Equipment

I have access to a professional studio nearby and will have one in home in the future.

Additional Skills

My schedule is open and very flexible. I can be available at any time with little notice for auditions or sessions.

I am very computer friendly so emailing or uploading files etc is something I am very familiar with.

I hope to have a studio in home in the near future.

My background skills are varied but all are within the music retail and distribution industry. I was a buyer for a large retail chain of 600 stores, which occasionally required that I speak to large audiences at conventions and meetings.

I have also been a national accounts rep calling on our biggest retail customers like Best Buy, FYE, K Mart, Wal- Mart, Borders etc.
