My Voice Experience
My voice over experience includes more than what I have to share here. It is especially vast if you include the countless hours of home videos made of my 4-year old and the unknowing voice over work I did as a conference and marketing production manager. It was not until fall 2010 that my "talent" and the idea of this being a profession versus part of my job, came to light when an author heard me speaking, liked my voice and asked me to do his next trailer. The author's story is told from a male's perspective and I am a female but it still turned out good. From that trailer, several suggestions (from people unknown by me) were received urging me to a serious look at doing professional voice overs, especially in regards to children related genre's. I love this idea for a long list of reasons and will happily regale or bore you with the details if you request.
