As a career salesman, I have always been told that I have a radio voice, but my best foot forward is singing. I have a very versitile bass, e.g., think "16 Tons" by Tennessee Ernie Ford, Baritone, e.g. Josh Turner, Trace Adkins and into the tenor range as far as, Green, Green, Grass of Home in the style of Tom Jones or certain Glen Campbell pieces.
I am told I do do a great job of mimicking accents and styles, particulary country. Examples would be; Johnny Cash, Other noteworthy styles include; Frank Sinatra, Neil Diamond, B.J. Thomas, Harry Chapin, Dean Martin, Elton John, Gordon Lightfoot, and a spot-on "Lady Love" by Lou Rawls.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
I can mimic many Country Western singing voices.
I can mimic a native Wisconsinite, in a whimsical "dems and does", "ya hey der" sort of way. Some people might call it a country hick, but I know it to be the leftover remnants of a German language syntax.
A modern day German might end a sentence with an affirmition seeking question such as; "nicht war Michael?"
...and some of my relatives in my native Green Bay WI ended a sentnce with; "ain't so Michael?"
Same exact difference...but the later makes one sound uneducated.
My Voice Experience
I have zero voice over experience.
I have less than two years of formal education beyond high school and none of it had anything to do with performing arts, communications, media production or jounalism.
On the other hand, as a creer sales executive I have travelled to the 48 contiguous states and 22 countries. As a result I speak light conversational German. I am told by natives that my accent passes (save for some telltale grammatical gaffs) as native Hanovarian Hoch Deutsch.
