Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I can do a Southern accent, Boston/New England accent, British accent. I also speak French, so a French accent should be included as well. I can impersonate 'Napolean Dynamite' types (i.e burn outs, druggies etc.) I've been able to do the Italian Mobster/wise-guy types as well.

My Voice Experience

My main experience has been through my parents business. I have recorded nearly all of the radio commercials for them over the past 2 years. It is rather limited experience, but I have had radio station executives at WGN AM 720 (Chicago) and WIND AM 560 (Chicago) compliment me on my voice talents which have pushed me to seek voice-over work.

My Training

I have not really had any training to speak of. Only the little bit of coaching that I had from the radio stations when I was actually recording the commercials. I have a bachelors degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa, where I graduated in May of 2005. I currently work in the Music Industry in Chicago.

My Studio Equipment

I do not possess any studio equipment. I can find access to one through my work connections.

Additional Skills

I have a limited knowledge of sound boards in the radio studios through my current work, but outside of that I am pretty uneducated
