I've had a pretty amazing life as a voice, stage and screen actor and it just keeps getting better! My dad is a producer and studio owner, so I've been around TV and radio since before I could remember.
I did my first VO session when I was 8. My brother's hands were in a commercial once when he was 4, but I don't think that counts. He didn't have any lines.
It's SO MUCH FUN to be in the booth, on stage or on camera! I've been the voice of cartoon characters on FamilyNet, done some fun promos and commercials, been July in Annie, Belle in Beauty and the Beast and even a bully on Swamp Murders. Just so you know I just did the bullying, NOT the really bad stuff.
Don't worry. I'm actually very sweet.
Mostly.
I've been studying at Daddyo VO University in Atlanta, GA. I don't know when I'll graduate. Dad says there's ALWAYS more to learn and improve on :-)
I have attended numerous acting, singing and voice workshops in Atlanta and LA.
Dad has a full tilt commercial studio here in town with a really nice booth (it has a chandelier!) and a bigger tracking room where he records bands.
He has Pro Tools, Neumann, AKG and Shure microphones (and others) Neve, API, Avalon mic pres (which I assume means something cool to somebody) and some kind of vintage tubey something something which he says makes things sound super duper.
In addition to voiceover work, I also LOVE to sing. I like both Broadway and pop stylings and I'm comfortable singing either.
I can fit my entire fist in my mouth. Mom says this is not a marketable skill, but I figured I'd let you know anyway.
I do not speak Spanish.
I also play the spoons.
Okay, not very well. But I can practice.
