I'm a graduate of Emerson College, where I hosted a weekly children's radio show called "The Playground" on 88.9 WERS-Boston for three years (2002-2005). During that time I also recorded promos for the show (they aired long after I graduated) and was on-air talent during membership drives to raise money for the station.
I have several years of vocal (singing) lessons, performed with choirs in schools and churches, and have been active in community theatre for 15 years. I played a TV news reporter in a play. I was a DJ on the radio for at least 3 hours a week for 3 years.
I am also a huge fan of cartoons and follow the careers of voice actors I admire, like Rob Paulsen, Frank Welker, Billy West, and Tress MacNeille.

I have connections to other aspiring voice actors - all ages, men and women, Russian and American. I have a vocal 2-month-old baby at home. I'm looking at voice acting as a career and hope to establish long-term relationships with companies in the voiceover industry.
I have an MFA in writing, literature, and publishing, with a concentration in children's literature. I enjoy editing. I've worked in toy stores and gift shops and as a receptionist. For the last five years I've been nannying in RI and NYC. I have a deep love of nature, especially birds.
As a personal hobby, I compose short, catchy songs and jingles. I also have a knack for wordplay which I always felt would be a real asset if I ever went into advertising.
