Voice Description

Oddly enough...accents, timbre and tone tend to stay focus on one particular language with me although I have the ability to alter my voice I shall always fall back on these habits first. For in English I daresay that I have quite a few distinct personality to go with each toned accent. Should it be my regular accent (that being none) my voice is somewhat pleasant, if a little loud at times; it always promises smiles and friendship. Should I ever use my English accent it's usually best to say or work with less than to say a lot, especially considering that my voice takes on a soft, grimly amused tone. Of course it also has a way of taking on an edge as well. Luckily, I don't only speak English...even if it's the first language taught to me. I know two very well, one fairly enough and the other two are more in the late learning stages, but can be read at a moment's notice. These languages are English, Vietnamese, French, Japanese and German. I speak clearly in Vietnamese, though with a rather childish air which means that my voice sometimes goes into the high octaves. It is in one of the few languages that I am given a very loud voice. In French my voice is soft, unobtrusive and sweet. For Japanese...it can go many ways. In Japan women often play as teenage male characters and I have had quite a few experiences there as playing a male or even a tomboy. Mostly though, my voice is very high, often loud as well--but can be very soft and sombre. My 'Japanese voice' is very flexible compared to my others. I suppose that my accent is mostly a bit Kansai when it comes to Japanese. In German...well....truth be told it's been said I sound like a grunting warmaid of some sort. But enough of my human voices. Since I was small I enjoyed mimicking things--as children are apt to do--so I can sound much like a cat or a really annoying small dog...like a chihuahua or something.
