My Voice Experience

On a part-time basis,I was invited to design and record a complete voice phone menu, consisting of 145 mailboxes, for an IVR system that could be accessed by one toll-free phone number. the completed system served the informational needs of 29 Public Gardens located in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

This was followed by an assignment from Infocore Telecommunications Services, Inc. to create a 15 minute multi-media presentation in the company's corporate headquarters. This project took advantage of the voice mail boxes of one of the company's products to script and narrate, to the office visitor, the company's core values, customer approach and customer retention success, supplemented by the visual images of prominent long-term customers. This was a novel application of an IVR product sold by the company, and provided the unified public message desired by executive management.

This assignment led to providing voice "help" prompts for the newly formed Conestoga Wireless telephone Company in Berks County, PA and writing radio ad copy for a major wireless phone marketing campaign in central Pennsylvania.

More recently, I scripted and narrated a 12 minute DVD presenting the state-of-the-art capabilities of a patented communications technology for CyberFone Technologies, Inc.

I have traveled extensively and am fairly adept at reading and speaking Spanish.

I am easy to work with and ready to help meet voice-seeker needs on a full-time basis.

I am marketing savvy. This attribute is key to creating and/or delivering a message designed to maximize effectiveness for the client.

As the Director of Advertising and Promotion for the Peace Corps' School Partnership Program I was instrumental in the record-breaking effort to raise funds throughout the US for the construction of over 300 schools.

This work included on-camera and radio interviews to explain the novel concept.

I have produced and written articles for a Spanish language small newspaper

As a senior marketing director in firms offering high technology concepts and products, I have written commercial ad copy and written and delivered technical scripts for longer corporate presentations (live and video).
