Jim Westcott, a native Tennessean, has spent over forty years in the broadcast profession beginning in 1963. After twenty years of service, he has recently retired from The International Bureau Of Broadcasting, (The Voice Of America) in Washington, D.C.
During his career, Jim has been an announcer, air personality, news reporter, and broadcast technician. During his commercial radio days, he wrote and recorded many commercial announcements. Jim is now continuing his pursuits as a Broadcast Voice Over Artist, with a studio and office located the suburb of Hermitage, just minutes from downtown Nashville.

Our digital vocal booth is equipped with the M-Audio Project Mix mixer, a pair of dedicated Sampson Resolv 65A monitors. The studio is also supported by a 24 In/Out ULTRAPATCH patch bay, dbx 286A Mic Pre-amp/Processor duel tray Stanton C-500 CD/DVD player, a Neumann TLM 103 and BCM-104 condenser microphones, OSP STM 1300C condenser and a MXL V69 Tube Microphone and a Yamaha Special Effects Keyboard.
We use Pro-Tools and Adobe Audition software for all of our productions.
