Voice modulations are done based on customer interactive circumstances. Some of the attitudes & attributes which can be easily conveyed through my voice are enthusiasm, excitement, courteous, patient & understanding, helpful & caring. Emphasizing certain words confidently have really helped a lot to achieve sale targets. Have been also working for projects where I was providing training. Thus feel confident especially when it comes to the delivery of presentations, my voice really imparts professionalism & is smooth & pleasant to listen to.
