It started when I landed a job as a Marketing Manager for a small retail outlet as a 18 year old. I had to write radio ads, and we discovered that we saved $100 if I voiced them myself. The first one was very hard, but I was determined, and was soon cranking them out on a weekly basis.
From there I ended up working for a Cumulus station in Mobile, Alabama, and as the Radio personality "Jay", I performed various announcements, commercials, and interviews on-air.
Since that time I've moved to Australia, and regularly do voice work for internet radio, and podcast projects. I'm very interested in doing more narrative work and actual voice-acting as characters in games or 3D media.
