My Voice Experience

I've been on radio for 32 years which in many cases is a turn-off. But from day one I was always told I DON'T sound like a disc jockey. Thank God!
I have voiced narration for Feed the Children programs on 92 TV stations for 18 years. I have voiced narration for General Motors Training videos. I have voiced commercials for everyone from Glamour Shots to McDonalds to Black Eyed Pea Restaurants, and Golf USA. Plus tons of others on a local/regional basis.

I voiced Sears spots for a 5 state region for three years, and Homeland Grocers (four state region) for 8 years. I am currently an on-camera spokesperson for several auto dealerships in Oklahoma and Texas. Just appeared in a TV spot for an Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Hundreds of other examples too numerous to mention.

My Training

Hold an Associates Degree in Journalism and Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio TV Communications from Columbia-Chicago.
Guest speaker for various college courses related to broadcasting, including production classes at the University of Oklahoma. I have MCeed hundreds of events - everything from the Race for the Cure Marathon to the Oklahoma City Police Awards banquet.

My Studio Equipment

Altho in the prcoess of installing a studio of my own; at present I have access to my radio station production facilites which includes Adobe Audition software, Shure SM 7 microphones, audio processing, Gentner phone sytem, and other effects processors.

Additional Skills

I am a quick study. I like working under pressure. I am very flexible. I do what the client requests. I am honest. If I am asked to do something I can't seem to pull-off, I won't take your money, I will tell you it's time to find someone else.
I appear in front of large crowds on a regular basis as host of a highly rated morning radio show, everything from groups of 100 to venues as big as 20,000. I have opened the show for Disney on Ice, Ringling Bros Circus, Major Concert venues etc.
