My Voice Experience

My experience has been on camera for TV commercials and some industrial skits with voice and narration and on-hold messages. However, my most recent training has given me the most experience I need to excel in voiceover. I am currently represented by an agent with a niche in voice over talent.

My Training

Completed an intensive 3 day workshop called "The Art of Voice Acting" in San Diego, CA, September 2007 and another 10 hours of mostly "mike time" at Magnetic studios in Columbus, OH, November 2007 which was coached by a professional and popular voiceover artist. August 2008 attended Voice 2008 in LA,and multiple workshops led by leading voiceacting artists in the United States. Have also had numerous script reading classes as well as improv seminars by a local theatre group.

My Studio Equipment

I use audacity software for recording,lame software for conversion to MP3 files, the APHEX 230 for voice processing, an APHEX HeadPod, Sennheiser Headphones and an ADK-A6 microphone. I also have access to several local state of the art studios with ISDN and phone patch capabilities.

Additional Skills

I am a former Vice President of Sales for a fortune 500 company with many life experiences from childhood to adulthood in business and socially that positions me for voice over roles. I am considered by professionals and others in the business, to be well suited for the voice acting profession.
