When I was a small child, I was terrified of the Martians on Sesame Street. That started a fascination with Muppets, and with Jim Henson. I've always been a performer at heart, and dream of doing voiceover work. As I'm just starting out in this industry, I am looking for any experience that I can get. Are you looking for a voice for your mascot? I'm your guy. Do you need someone to narrate a political advertisement? I have experience in campaign communications as well.
I studied Communications at the Univerity of Wisconsin, Madison and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 2005. Most of my major involved public speaking, ranging from interpersonal communication to voiceovers for political campaigns. I was heavily involved in theatre and choir growing up. I was the Assistant Promotions Director for WSUM radio, hosting special events. I was also a club and radio DJ for four years. I have always been told that I have a voice made for performance.
For the past few years I have been making an hour-long commute into the city daily. During this time, I spend my time listening to audiobooks. I would absolutely love the chance to contribute narration for Books for the Blind, as well as for animation.
