well this is my first time...I have a signifigant history in customer service/reception positions and I make clients feel secure and that their questions and concerns will be handled with confidence. I can make people laugh when I laugh in different ways and I make myself laugh by laughing all the time. I have been told that I have a very sexy voice and I have been told that I have a very calming voice. In my customer sevice position I have been able to talk many a client "off the ledge" with my voice (even the New Yorkers)
