Voice Description

Vocal ranges in a wide spectrum. Mostly imaging material that requires a presence, almost imposing type of read. agressive, in your face but I can also range to soft spoken and friendly. I speak fluent english, I have a puertorican accent, however, i can change my tone and have a very neutral, universal tone to my spanish as well. I can sound young 20's or range to early 30's. I can keep it fresh and light or I can get right down gritty depending on the script at hand. I can also do several other voices such as a comical oriented elderly man and cartoonish style "lilo & Stich's" Lilo.

My Training

I have attended several workshops with Dan O' day. I also was the host of my own radio show as well. Also worked as an on air personality.and a lot of production rooms sharing and learning with voiceover people that have over 60 years of voiceover talent experience combined in the industry. In total, I've been part of the radio scene for the last 10 years as a producer and have scripted and/or produced well over 4000 production pieces(comercials, promos, liners and reads) on my own (and still counting...)

Additional Skills

I have my own production facility with several production units (all digital) with sound library banks and can post everything via my own server or via email for clients with extreme urgency. my standard turn around time is less than 24 hours (15 to 45 minutes when you catch me in the studio, one 1 to 2 hours if it requires full production) I came to be known as "SoundWave Rider" mostly because I also have a mobile unit where I can be just about virtually anywhere and still be able to record and produce. Im well versed in all spanish music formats making it easier for me to adapt to the feel of the read depending on the clients needs.
