Voice Description

My voice is native to the Western New York (Buffalo) area; however, over the past 4 years I have picked up hints of an Appalachian (near southern or 'country') accent. If needed, I can develop that further. I have also had personal experience using various British accents, which can be further refined. My normal voice is soft, typically calming. It can be varied to a crisp businesslike tone or a thin, nasally voice. As I said, my best vocal quality so far is versatility

My Voice Experience

I've spent the past 4 years working phone tech support, requiring a professional voice. While I have no other experience with my current voice, I have performed once as an off-stage voice in a high school performance of "The Miracle Worker".

My Training

I was a member of my elementary and high school's choruses from 1991-1999. I had received individual training in preparation for solo festivals during the last two of those, earning a place on the Area All-State Choir in the Fall of 1998, by which point my voice had largely matured.
