I have only done a voiceover for friends making their own productions for a school project or when reading a story to my younger relatives. I have used my voice to make recordings (cassette tapes) for the books I've read so that my neice and nephews can listen to any book they want. And I have also used my voice on answering machines of friends and family. I haven't technically had any voiceover auditions with any companies yet, but I'm hopeful that this website will help me "get my foot in the door"! I have to get a phone patch, I do not have a MP3 or WAV/MIDI. Sorry, but If I am in your area I would like to audition in person if possible.
While I am fairly inexperienced, I took 3 years of Chorus in school as a first and second alto. Very high and low notes are harder for me to reach, but I do well in the middle of the scale. Though I do sing, I think I would be better just talking someones' ear off or snoring in the background!
If patience is a virtue then it must also be a skill, right? I like to make sure that I get things done right and I will endeavor to better each time. Capricorns can be determined, which means I'll always strive to give 110% no matter what. Having fun is important too, and I love having fun. So, please contact me and I know you'll be pleasantly surprised!
